Service and warranty forms

Autocar® maintains a complete group of service and warranty forms for your warranty claim needs. While Autocar prefers that you create an account to access the online Warranty Administration application, the forms at the right may be used if Internet access is not available.

Simply click on the form's title at the right to download a PDF copy of the form. After printing the form from your computer, clearly and thoroughly fill out the form and e-mail it to the Autocar Warranty Department at warranty@autocartruck.com
